Sometimes it is just easier to say "that is the way we have always done it", it's "tradition" , "it has always worked".  However, if you are looking for improvements and change,  if you continue to do things the way it has always been done you cannot expect to get different results.  

There are many leadership theories and abstract learning about styles and approaches to leadership.  In addition to the abstract learning, the landscape for leadership development may include self-assessments, 360 assessments, personality tests and so on. Those approaches are all valuable and credible but we are offering a new fresh approach to leadership development and awareness.  If you are looking for new and innovative ways to bring improvements and positive change, we invite  you and your team to engage in our hands-on, objective based experience approach to leadership development.

Our equine assisted assisted learning program drives self-awareness and real behavioural change.  With the assistance of horses we allow individuals and teams to work through objective based training exercises that draw out leadership skills.  Our facilitators help individuals and teams reflect on their own skills and approaches in real time with horses who give honest and clear feedback.  Teams learn to work together to achieve common goals while learning about themselves and their leadership in the process.  Horses will not follow a leader they do not trust and respect.
